Hard to say really. Would Flight be useful without the speed? If you had the strength then you could leap so far that you may as well be flying.
I'd say being invulnerable and the strength.

Ah, so he's able to acceleratedly heal after being shot with Kryptonite bullets? I forgot about Kryptonite for a minute, actually, I don't usually think about Superman very much. I like comic book films well enough, although there are far more I haven't seen, especially recently. There's been such a rush of them in the last 10-15 years, and I quickly felt like I got too far behind, especially as someone who is pretty OCD about watching series in order. So most of the recent ones I haven't seen. |

So he's not really invulnerable, just really tough... Anyway I would like to choose flight but like someone else mentioned: how fast can I fly? |
