all sold out and defective

I just found out that revenge of the creature, in Blu ray 3D, was sold out too quickly and there are no more, plus the 3D in the Blu Ray was defective. I'm wondering why it was withdrawn that quickly for that the reason. I hope they put our more I wanted to buy it.
