@forceghostackbar Tapioca …. now we're talkin' ! AND it must be cooked from scratch ! ditto Rice Pudding =- from scratch and with raisins ! Results in a feeling of having died and gone immediately to heaven !  Rice pudding is good too! There's a company that makes really good store bought stuff - I forget the brand name though. Now, let's take this straight to the top level: Have you ever had bread pudding? EDIT: Whoops! You already addressed that. This is what happens when you reply before reading all the posts. |

@forceghostackbar My mom made great bread pudding. Custardy and kinda crispy and brown on the top.. <drool drool> … sorry !  On Cook's Country they said to make it with Egg Bread (Challah)
One thing I have never had but used to see in the delis in New York is Noodle Pudding (KUGEL)  This one has pineapple in it so it would fit in that other "important poll" thread ! |

Feologild Oakes Weinerbrod is a sweet bread / roll  . We have them too and call them "Danishes" Danish dessert is a pudding that you eat from a dish or use as a topping on cake etc. 
Man! Am I getting HUNGRY ! Ok I don`t think we have anything like that, at least i can`t remember every seeing something like that. |

Nalkarj Me too ! and all I have in the house is a fresh white/wheat loaf .. healthy as all get out but a tad "heavy" for bread pudding ! argh !
