Yoda vs Palpatine fighting thereby destroying the senate is is one of the best allegorical scenes ever. The two ancient powers fighting for supremacy and thereby destroying democracy with thunderous applause. But Anakin vs Obi wan literally fighting in Hell plus the iconic ending of the fight with Anakin burning is pretty impressive filmmaking too. Yoda and Palpatine really shouldn't need a lightsaber. They're both far to powerful for those. And the Anakin vs Obi-Wan fight went on way too long and was basically like watching Super Mario Bros. saber envy much? They are mostly destroying the senate with throwing stuff around and force lightening/pushing each other into the proverbial abyss...
Seriously, it's not about "needing" a light saber! The saber is an elegant weapon from a more civilized age. Check Yoda vs Dooku where their Force powers are are equal and Dooku then challenges Yoda to a traditional saber duel...? Same with RotS, . It's a question of honor, a duel of the fates. Apart from this, you are not the storyteller, George Lucas is, and he is one of the greatest of our day and age. Not every duel must be resolved by Dance Offs and by throwng magic stones.
And LOL at a MCU-fanboy calling the Anakin-Obi wan fight watching Super Mario Bros. This is one of the most elaborate compositions of (i) live Mount Vesuvius footage they filmed, (ii) of miniatures they built, (iii) of practical elements and actors and (iv) of CGI . This is not your MCU CGI clobber porn like with Infinity Bore or Black CGI-Panther. There are entire documentaries on the old school complexity this:

The former. It’s heavy handed but it’s intense and visually spectacular.

Not sure why you're bringing Marvel into this. Try and stay on topic. George Lucas is a story teller, sure, but he's not a good one. I don't deny the effects and the miniatures look great. But again, having an idea doesn't make it a good one. Mustafar is one of the most uninspired planet designs yet. It was common knowledge even before the development of the preqels that Anakin and Obi-Wan fought on or near a volcano and that's where Anakin got his wounds. But what should have been a simple, yet brutal and more personal duel between two brothers essentially on a walkway next to a volcano, Lucas decided to turn it into a Mario Bros with them you hopping from one place to another on an entire volcanic planet, robbing the entire thing of any emotional investment. It's a classic example of style over substance. And I'm not just talking about the Senate fight, the Palpatine vs Windu fight, and the Yoda vs Dooku fight. It didn't work and was executed horribly. The Windu fight barely gets a pass, but Palpatine shouldn't even need a lightsaber against Windu. Lucas missed the entire point about the original Star Wars, but then again, beyond just Star Wars, he had very little involvement with Empire and Return.

Hell yeah, Ben vs Anakin, third best in the saga.
1) Vader vs Luke in Empire 2) QuiGon/Obi Wan vs Maul 3) ObiWan vs Anakin
Rank Yoda vs Emperor around 5-6, it's more a Force battle than a sword fight, animal of its own really.

Obi-Wan vs Anakin. Ewan McGregor did a great job of communicating how devastated Obi-Wan was.
