Hi!
Goz here.
I am a virgin to this particular Board {giggle}
A discussion on one of my more familiar board leads me to ask this.
What film or films do you think had really high ( or the best) 'profit margin'.
ie Takings at the box office minus production and other costs.
Interested to hear your suggestions and views.
Sorry if this has been discussed at length before.

Some found footage schlock like Blair Witch perhaps. *does internet search* Apparently it's Paranormal Activity.
"...spending only $450,000 on production and ending up with an ROI of 19,749 percent."

Thanks sweetpea. One can always google these things oneself, however I hoped to get the inside info from some of the 'boffins' on here and perhaps start a discussion.

Paranormal Activity had a ridiculous profit margin. It cost 450,000 to make and earned over 89 million roughly. According to the internets.
