Give M. Night to small of a budget he turns in a good movie. Split had a budget of $9m. I think it's like Kevin Smith has said. When you don't have money to throw at a problem it makes you get creative. And he seems to be right. The weird thing is Unbreakable was made in 2000. It had a budget of $80m. Glass opens Jan. 2019 and speculation the budget is in the $40-60m range. Unbreakables budget of $80,000,000 in 2000 equals $117,183,125 in 2018. So Unbreakable was about 20m more that Venom's budget. I don't know if that says something bad about Unbreakable or something good about the thriftiness of Venom.

Wish I didn't watch it, it gave away too much. Still looks good, though.

Well I guess that’s because of the cast which Unbreakable had. Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson surely cost a pretty penny. Meanwhile Robin Wright probably has her husband threaten Shyamalan’s kneecaps or something.

I'm looking forward to it. Both Unbreakable and Split were fantastic films!

I'm looking forward to it. Both Unbreakable and Split were fantastic films! I was always a huge fan of Unbreakable. I avoided Split initially but ended up watching it earlier this year because I wanted to see the nod to Unbreakable. Ended up loving it even before the twist, it's a hell of a film. Really looking forward to Glass.

More than half of the budget for "Unbreakable" was spent on the actors and director. I guess Willis and the Shamhammer were at the height of their asshole powers back in 2000 and could get away with pretty much anything. Fast forward to 2018 and they are probably getting paid less to work on "Glass" than Willis got for his "perks" package on "Unbreakable." ![](https://s26.postimg.cc/m8f14k0ih/yes.gif)
