Was it good? It's got Thor in it! Can't speak for hi224 , but I thought it was pretty damn good ( kinda too long though regarding run time) but no real biggie. And yes Thor (aka Hemsworth is one of the stand outs ) .

I really liked it. It was a bit long, but overall a great cinematic experience that actually had some ambition.

I gave it a 9. Might go up.
The characters were interesting. The plot dragged a bit, but not "shoot me in the head & get this over with" slow.

I loved it also. I was affraid of the 2h20 mins running time, but i gotta admit, i did'n feel it. It was alos refreshing to see Hemsworth play a bad guy

this was decent, but could have used an edit, simply too long for own good. No real follow up on Hamm's character.
I guess the hippies were just as bad as baby killers during Vietnam

B rating for me. Started out real strong with a premise I love - kinda like Clue written by Tarantino, with more nuance. Alas, its final act flatlined for me, showing & telling too much after its brilliant slow burn of a build up. Still, I'm glad I saw it, it's perfect for mid-October escapism.

Thor was in "Cabin in the Woods"? I didn't know that! I loved "Cabin in the Woods".
He was the jock who tried escaping in the motorcycle. Whedon apparently suggested he try out for Thor while filming Cabin. Though some versions have Whedon pitching him to play Cap.

Had he obeyed orders, Emily probably would have gotten Rose away from the cult.
