You're just completely wrong.
I'm a lifetime member of the atheist community. I'm well aware of how we define ourselves.
You're either going to listen and learn or you're not.
You may be whatever you may be, but those words of yours are still 'Not true', 'Not true' and 'False'. You are wrong. Google atheism, and here is the definition you will find.
a·the·ism /ˈāTHēˌizəm/ noun: atheism disbelief or lack of belief in the existence of God or gods.
You are 100% wrong, and it's not a debate. Please learn what you're talking about, before you discuss things you don't understand.

How is Atheism a belief? In what?
It is simply not believing in a god. It's not even believing that god doesn't exist. It's simply saying we aren't convinced it does exist.
Atheism is not a belief.
Im not sure why you'd want to argue it isn't a belief. It can be reworded as a belief that theism hasn't met its burden of proof. Ok then I'll agree with that. And that belief is backed by evidence. Nobody said beliefs are bad. Just ones that aren't backed by evidence, such as gods and miracle claims.

I've always said atheism is too slight a concept to be a religion.
However, I guess if they start forcing the issue, it could turn into something...

You made no case for your opinion, so its easily dismissed. Thanks for the reply, but I do care how? How do you care? Biochemical processes in the brain. If you meant why should you care? Well, why post at all unless you plan to make persuasive arguments? Just saying someone is wrong with no rationale behind it is literally pointless, and nowhere near persuasive.

I'm not wrong at all about this; you are. If this posting system worked better with 'quoted text' I could examine your falseness in a more efficient way, but anyway: How is Atheism a belief? In what?
It is simply not believing in a god. Not true. Not true. False. Not true because that could mean that even if "a god" might actually exist, yet you would refuse to 'believe' in such "a god". It isn't true because you(/atheists) refuse even the possibility of the existence of any 'god' at all, according to the definition itself which you just pasted. So those words of yours are NOT TRUE. Not true TWICE. Firstly because it is asserting/believing that "god" or "a god" or "gods" don't exist at all, and secondly because you(/atheists) say you are absolutely convinced "god" doesn't exist. Your own (pasted) google definition itself says these words of yours are also NOT TRUE. FALSE. Now define (or google) the concept of 'belief' and I'll tell you why these last words of yours are false, and they are False. Idle words are idle.

Thanks for the reply, but I do care how? How do you care? Biochemical processes in the brain. If you meant why should you care? Well, why post at all unless you plan to make persuasive arguments? And how would you know exactly if I "plan" to post along or not to? Exactly. 'Persuasion' is not my business and no, it is not pointless. There's an absolute point with it. I pointed out falseness where I saw it or where I seemed to see it, and if the poster cares to inquire later on, I MAY go into detail about it (which I just did, by the way).

Cheers. I have. You just said I wouldn't except a god if you could demonstrate there was one, which I've never said or implied. You're either confused or just making stuff up. Either way, you're still wrong.

Im sorry, I cant make any sense of that sentence.
Fine. Still, makes more sense to make your point at the time, rather than need to be asked for it later on.

Im sorry, I cant make any sense of that sentence. Sorry about that. Maybe it does make more sense when you're not typing with just a finger. Anyway, I see what you mean and I agree that it is more complete and 'fluid' to do it as you say, but first I try to see how much a poster does care to follow a thread, before I go forth and do extra typing. Thank you for pointing it out.

Yes, I see how equipped you are for discussion alright. Cheers (you're still wrong and with falseness, though -- good night).

Atheism is simply not accepting it as true that a god exists. When you have evidence of one, we'll believe you.
The end.
