Let me rephrase that: Musicians whose albums you'd buy but whom you wouldn't see in a concert?
In case you can't think of any, a good way to do it is to look at movies and TV. If a musician with no acting training gives a good performance despite not playing themselves (or a semi-version of themselves), it's because they were able to translate their stage presence into a screen presence.

Bob Dylan does not interact with audiences. Sometimes he plays wth his back to them.

The Eagles' Hell Freezes Over tour was the most boring show I've ever attended.

I've read messages from people who have seen that Kacey Musgraves girl and they said that she brought nothing to the stage. God bless you and them always!!! Holly
P.S. The only thing that I can give her any credit for is her talent as a songwriter.

Conway Twitty and Wynonna Judd might as well have just set up a cd player and sat out their "live" concerts/

There really isn't any. If I like a band because of their music I would go see them in concert. Provided they are a good live band of course. If they play well I could care less if they are statues on stage. I'm there to hear the music, not watch them jump around like they're having some sort of fit.

Most classical musicians have no special stage presence, they just play. They have their hands full enough getting the notes out because sometimes the music is very difficult. But there's nothing like live music and I go to see anyone competent to hear them as well as watch them play.
Yo Yo Ma is one exception who has some kind of electricity, I guess, a lot of people can relate to him, he's really popular. Same with Joshua Bell.

I'm there to experience the music first and foremost.

"Shoegaze" originated as a derisive term for bands who just stood there and stared at their shoes the entire time.

The Eagles' Hell Freezes Over tour was the most boring show I've ever attended. How come? Four of us went. At $300 per ticket, we spent $1,200 to watch them sit on stools and play their hits on a basic stage with the energy of an old sloth. There is something to be said for bands who can duplicate their studio material on a live stage (Rush and Yes come to mind here), but there should be something that sets live shows apart from the studio releases beyond merely seeing them play. There are more options for a live show than simply playing the songs or "jumping around like they're having some sort of fit," as someone above put it.

Do you mean interacting with the audience? No, I mean how their attitude is reflected when they perform.
