Well, if Citizen Kane is widely considered to be the "Best Film Ever", then everything else Orson Welles ever made after it would have to be considered inferior.

Zack Snyder.
His remake of Dawn of the Dead was great. Everything after that...not so much.

Zack Snyder. His remake of Dawn of the Dead was great. Everything after that...not so much. Watchmen was solid. I wanted to like it and it did contain some interesting concepts, but ultimately found it too grim and bleak. Overall, it just didn't appeal to me that much.
