if we're just talking box office, it looks like it'll be Avengers 4 or The Lion King imo . Basically Disney dominating the summer once again.

And Disney will have all those Fox movies. 2019 will belong to them again.

The only ones of interest to me are Avengers 4, Godzilla: King of Monsters, and Spiderman: Far From Home. Avengers should take the crown for the summer, unless it's surprisingly bad.

John Wick 3 should've been early spring again.

John Wick 3 should've been early spring again. Yes. The first two films did very well in off-season release slots. I'm surprised that the studio don't want to continue this with part 3.

John Wick 3 should've been early spring again. Yes. The first two films did very well in off-season release slots. I'm surprised that the studio don't want to continue this with part 3. My guess is they're aiming for more mainstream appeal which for a franchise like JW, might lose some of its lustre. They probably don't care either since they've proclaimed this the final JW movie. I do think they could easily manage a spinoff Wick universe, there's solid architecture in that world.
