Kiss is my all time favorite band. Two songs I dont like by them. I Finally Found My Way and Boomerang. From what I have seen Boomerang is considered the worst KISS song.

I love ABBA, but bloody can't stand the song "The King has Lost His Crown". It is awful.
I love the Monkees, but hate "Zor and Zam".
I love Elvis Presley, but I hate the entire soundtrack to "Paradise Hawaiian Style". It's so terrible, it makes the soundtrack for "Harum Scarum" look like a masterpiece.

The Beatles are my favorite band and my least favorite songs from them are Ob La Di Ob La Da, Revolution 9, Maxwell's Silver Hammer, and Honey Pie. I consider Revolution 9 a track, not a song. Least favorite from them: Mr. Moonlight, Old Brown Shoe Others: Led Zeppelin - The Crunge Elvis Costello - 45 (though I also dislike his collaborations with Brodsky Quartet, Bacharach) Grateful Dead - Me and My Uncle (though Donna Godchaux can ruin even the best songs live)

"Enter Sandman" by Metallica. It may be one of their most popular, but I don't particularly care for it.

The Beatles are my favorite band and my least favorite songs from them are Ob La Di Ob La Da, Revolution 9, Maxwell's Silver Hammer, and Honey Pie. oh, i love the Beatles and hate Ob la di ob la da, it sounds like it's made for 4 year olds 'Ob la di, ob la da' was a phrase McCartney had heard from a friend called Jimmy Anonmuogharan Scott Emuakpor (known as Jimmy Scott), whom he met in the Bag O' Nails club in Soho, London. The title was said to be Urhobo for 'Life goes on', but was actually just a family phrase. "I had a friend called Jimmy Scott who was a Nigerian conga player, who I used to meet in the clubs in London. He had a few expressions, one of which was, 'Ob la di ob la da, life goes on, bra'. I used to love this expression... He sounded like a philosopher to me. He was a great guy anyway and I said to him, 'I really like that expression and I'm thinking of using it,' and I sent him a cheque in recognition of that fact later because even though I had written the whole song and he didn't help me, it was his expression. It's a very me song, in as much as it's a fantasy about a couple of people who don't really exist, Desmond and Molly. I'm keen on names too. Desmond is a very Caribbean name. " John Lennon, by this point infatuated by Yoko Ono and addicted to heroin, hated working on Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da. He described the song as "Paul's granny shit".

"Ob-La-Di...", if you know Beatles history, is actually the thing that really broke the band apart. Sure there were legal, financial squabbles (and of course Yoko); but the recording of that silly song put a huge wedge between the band members musically. And when a band can't function as one musically, that band is doomed.
Pual was a real douche when it came to "Ob-La-Di." He really didn't know what he wanted with it and he made the band go over and over and over it day in and day out. The other Beatles were so sick of the whole thing. In fact, the song's piano intro is just John being fed up and banging on the keys. Listen to it. It really does sound like a guy pissed off and just saying, "Fuck this."
"Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da" broke up the band. Who needed that shit at that point in their careers? All started to realize they could be better off on their own.

"Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da" broke up the band. Who needed that shit at that point in their careers? All started to realize they could be better off on their own. I have the book that Geoff Emerick wrote about the recording sessions that he took part in. He said that tensions had been pretty high due to the song and they all showed up to continue working on The White Album and Paul told them that he wanted to work on the song yet again. John went berserk and immediately left. Several hours later he returned and yelled, "I'M FUCKING STONED! I'M MORE STONED THAN YOU HAVE EVER BEEN OR EVER WILL BE!" Then he ran down to McCartney and yelled, "This is how the fucking song should go!" Then he slammed the opening chords to the song. I could never for the life of me understand Paul's obsession with that song. If it wasn't coming along then scrap it. Especially when you see your band mates getting fed up. Then he wouldn't even "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" much of chance until George brought Eric Clapton in to play guitar. In my opinion that song is head and shoulders above "Ob La Di Ob La Da."

I like Phil Collins but not the song Tomorrow never Knows from his first album Face Value 1981. Wow, really? It's a bit weird for Phil, but I like it a lot. You know it's a Beatles cover, right?

I Finally Found My Way was probably the result of a discussion that ended with, "Ok, fine. Let Peter have his little schmaltz so he'll shut the fuck up."
