If this meme is legit, and I was the parent of the kid who got zero credit for answering "at the bottom," I'd be meeting the principal. That answer is NOT incorrect. Just because your badly-worded question failed to specify you meant the physical location, isn't my kid's problem.

Lol, that would be my answer, but I would take my zero credit with great pride!

Perhaps it is... What are the circumstances behind the asking of this particular question? If this question was asked of me in American History Class, and all of the other questions on the test were concerning locations and dates... I would expect to get zero credit for being a smart ass and giving that answer too... If this question was asked of me in a writing class, I would expect to get full credit.

Seems we are in 'Jeopardy' territory right now.

Running to the principal for every little thing is counter productive … case of parent crying wolf.
Unless the kid's entire future rests on getting credit for this one question why the fuss ?
but, as the lady said in that famous commercial
WHERE'S THE MEME ?

Unless the kid's entire future rests on getting credit for this one question why the fuss ? Actually, in a very special episode of The Amazing World of Gumball, Gumball was bumped back from eighth grade to kindergarten when Miss Simian discovers he made such an answer on an exam in kindergarten.

Catman my brother had to repeat kindergarten because he could not skip. THEN the same school had him skip a grade because he was so "intellectually advanced"... somehow ironic, that !

The test would be based on what was discussed in class or in book. So if the book referenced it, it would be a legit answer, if not then it's not.
Now if some spoiled brat's parents came up to me and whined about why their spoiled kid deserves to get it right for being an idiot who didn't really study, then I would probably concede since they are the ones stuck with the kid and he probably still failed.

YET ANOTHER MAKE A FUSS ABOUT NOTHING POST WITH NO FEEDBACK OR COMMENT FROM THE OP WHOSE MAIN GOAL IN LIFE SEEMS TO BE TO BE THE ONE WHO STARTS THE MOST THREADS AND CONTRIBUTES THE LEAST TO THEM …
sorry about the caps lock .. it was on and too lazy today to re-type.
The OP bitched about not being mentioned in Nora's "say something nice thread" and then when something NICE was said .. no comment !
/Cute !

Just because your badly-worded question failed to specify you meant the physical location, isn't my kid's problem. The kid is either the most brilliant wise-alecky kid ever, or he/she's a complete idiot. Both options come with bad news though: The 2nd is self evident. The 1st is that he/she is willing to get a poor grade and potentially piss off a teacher just for a joke.
I don't see a bright future here...
Love you! XOXO
