Definitely up to you to decide, but I 'll say Crosby. She's not exactly a 'looker' but definitely more so than the other females in the 'Main' cast.

But if I had to choose one, it would be Gates McFadden. Plus, she doesn't always sound stuffed up.

Best of Both Worlds-there's a girl with dark hair in a bob style who Data relieves of duty at the navigation console. She gets up and heads out the bridge exit.
Never seen her again.

Tasha Yar is not up for consideration as far as I am concerned since she was only in the show for the first season. So it's between Deanna Troi and Dr. Beverly Crusher, and Counselor Troi gets my vote without the need for much mulling over (or any mulling over, really).
