That will never see the light of day on film:
Spider-Man's radioactive semen killing MJ.
Captain Marvel's incest rape.
Norman Osborn making goblin babies with Gwen Stacy.
Wanda and Pietro having Incestuous sex, while Wolverine watches from the bushes.
Blob eating Wasp.
Hank Pym biting Blobs head off.
Hulk raping She-Hulk and having inbred Hulk babies.
X-Men fighting an evil Evangelical Christian pastor.
Spider-Man being a sexual abuse by a child hood friend.
Hank's domestic abuse of Janet.
Iron Man and Black Widow sex tape.
Black Widow murdering Hawkeye family.
Spider-Man selling his marriage and unborn child to the Devil to save his elderly aunt who didn't want to be saved.
Hydra Cap.
Falcon having sex with Arnim Zola's ambiguously underage daughter.
Wolverine killing his own children.
House of M.
Hank Pym using his "Ability" for kinky sex with Janet.
Ghost Rider fighting and killing "God"
Falcon Captain America fighting corrupt police officers.
Ghost Rider killing nuns.
Black Panther goes to war against the KKK.
Doc Oc taking over Peter Parker body.
Jaime Madrox having sex with his copies.
Aunt May cheats on Uncle Ben with Ben's brother, Richard. Then we learn that Aunt May is pregnant with Peter and Mary Fitzpatrick (Aunt May's friend and Richard's girlfriend and/or wife) and Richard "adopts" Peter.
Anyone else got any?

Missed these two:
The Red Skull using the Tesseract to make Sam Wilsom believe that he used to be a pimp.
The Punisher using plastic surgery to become a black guy.

X-Men fighting an evil evangelical pastor? Of course that could be greenlit. There won’t be any riots. Same with Falcon battling corrupt cops.

No one is going to clutch their pearls at a mainstream film with Christian villains. It happens all the time. Disney would have a bomb sent to them. Because Hollywood is too scared to insult Trump or Christians 🙄 Every second prime time TV show has Christian cult villains in an episode and some as the main antagonists. No one bats an eye. Granted it’s Disney we’re talking about but I’m certain that if a villainous Christian cult was a plot element to a comic story that was begging to be made, they would include it.

Disney wants that Christan family money. Hell even Fox Studios had the story changed to a radical Military man.

Some of those are from the abysmal Ultimate Universe and at least one is in from a non-cannon story set in the future.

Ultimate Universe wasn't abysmal until the end. It had a solid run. Yeah the original Spider-man, X-Men and Fantastic Four runs along with The Ultimates 1 and 2 Mini Series were all pretty good. It all kind of went to shit with Ultimatum and then a number of relaunches after that. Spider-Man being a sexual abuse by a child hood friend. Is that a recent thing? When did that happen?

"In 1984, the National Committee for the Prevention of Child Abuse, with Marvel Comics, created a one shot SpiderMan/Power Pack comic in which it is revealed that Peter Parker was molested by Steven "Skip" Westcott, a teenage boy from a broken home. Young Peter Parker gets up the courage to tell Uncle Ben and Aunt May, his guardians, what happened, but nothing occurs in the story's narrative to indicate that Skip was ever punished and sent to prison. The focus of the story only covers how children should react to this situation, rather than what will happen to the perpetrator. Three years later, the NCPCA releases another comic with Marvel in which Spider-Man recollects the events during a fight with the Hobgoblin. Marvel does consider the Power Pack issues as canon within the Marvel Universe. It was a strong message to get accoss to children, that if something like this happens to you tell an adult. Seeing a super hero as a victim and having that strength and bravery, was a great idea, to show even the mighty can be victims but they had the strength and bravery to get help."

You're missing the following:
Kamala Khan, a Muslin girl, becomes Ms. Marvel - a bombshell at the time of publication.
Northstar/Iceman come out as gay.
Demon in a Bottle - Tony Stark is exposed as an alcoholic.
Carnage or Venom, I forget which, kills his parents with a drill or a saw.
The Clone Saga.
Warren Worthington screws Husk, a teenager, in front of her mother.
The Death of Captain America.
Arguably the entire 80s run of New Mutants
Aunt May is revealed to be Peter's mother after her teen pregnancy is detailed in "Trouble" comics.

I'll trade that one for Kuan-Yin Xorn turns out to be Magneto.

What happened to Power Pack? Comic Book wise, I'm not sure. Apparently a Power Pack movie is in the works over at Marvel Studios.

The pre-Banner hulk being a drug kingpin with a harem of women.
Hulk ripping Wolverine in half and Wolverine having to crawl back to reattach his hips to his spine.
A murderous Thor clone created by Stark killing Bill Foster.
Reed Richards slapping Sue Storm.
The time when, under a spell, Tony Stark poisoned the water supply of San Francisco with the Extremis virus. Then Tony was selling the public his "Extremis App" where he was only given the people a free trial period and if they wanted to continue then they had to pay him a hundred dollars. Daredevil finds out about the app's real purpose and Tony later gives Matt minor brain damage so he would forget about everything he just learned.
Tony Stark is actually the adoptive son of the Starks.
Tony Stark kills Quicksilver/Crystal’s nanny Marilla and the female Yellowjacket. Because Kang was manipulating him. So the other Avengers time travel to bring a 19-year-old Tony and have him replace the other Tony.
Captain America becomes a werewolf.

That will never see the light of day on film: Well for starters, have you noticed how they've skirted the Tony Stark alcoholic storyline? They hint at his drinking, but nothing more substantial.
I'm gonna question you on some of these though...
Spider-Man's radioactive semen killing MJ. Wha??? When/where did this happen?
Captain Marvel's incest rape. THIS TOTALLY HAPPENED, FOLKS! It's all true!
Norman Osborn making goblin babies with Gwen Stacy. THIS ALSO TOTALLY HAPPENED, FOLKS! It's all true!
Wanda and Pietro having Incestuous sex, while Wolverine watches from the bushes. I don't doubt it, but refresh my memory...? Ultimates Version?
Blob eating Wasp. Ultimates Version?
Hank Pym biting Blobs head off. Ultimates Version?
Hulk raping She-Hulk and having inbred Hulk babies. Old Man Logan? And only in passing mention...
X-Men fighting an evil Evangelical Christian pastor. The X-2 Stryker character was turned into a military type instead.
Spider-Man being a sexual abuse by a child hood friend. When/where did this happen?
Hank's domestic abuse of Janet. THIS TOTALLY HAPPENED, FOLKS! It's all true!
Iron Man and Black Widow sex tape. I don't doubt it, but refresh my memory...? Ultimates Version?
Black Widow murdering Hawkeye family. Really? Refresh my memory...?
Spider-Man selling his marriage and unborn child to the Devil to save his elderly aunt who didn't want to be saved. THIS TOTALLY HAPPENED, FOLKS! It's all true! AND it's never been officially UNDONE!
Hydra Cap. THIS TOTALLY HAPPENED, FOLKS! It's all true! But they used a cop out way to get out it
Falcon having sex with Arnim Zola's ambiguously underage daughter. That's one way of looking at it
Wolverine killing his own children. Again, Old Man Logan? Or do you mean Daken? Or...?
House of M. This could be a way to introduce the X-Men into the MCU
Hank Pym using his "Ability" for kinky sex with Janet. LOL but yeah
Ghost Rider fighting and killing "god" that's not exactly accurate
Falcon Captain America fighting corrupt police officers.
Ghost Rider killing nuns. that's not exactly accurate either
Black Panther goes to war against the KKK.
Doc Ock taking over Peter Parker body. That could/might happen in a movie... some day...
Jaime Madrox having sex with his copies. I don't doubt it, but refresh my memory...?
Aunt May cheats on Uncle Ben with Ben's brother, Richard. Then we learn that Aunt May is pregnant with Peter and Mary Fitzpatrick (Aunt May's friend and Richard's girlfriend and/or wife) and Richard "adopts" Peter. But it turned out to be not the case. So...
