I typically feel a bit burned out by the time November rolls around and purposely seek out other genres, but then the hunger will start to build up again by the end of the month and usually I'm back on a horror kick.
What say you? All horror all the time? Just a seasonal thing? Does it come and go for you?

I don't only watch horror, but it's one of my favorite genres and I watch it all the time. I don't really watch it any more than normal in October.

Nope... I tend to only watch horror films, and kids films with animals in, particularly dogs.
Note to horror film makers... Dogs can face peril, but should NOT die. Nobody likes that shit.

Reading your 3rd option gave me an aneurism.

I never do. The thing is I have been watching nothing but horror for the month so it will be nice to see some other new films of other genres I got recently but to be tapped out of horror. Absolutely not.

When the October Challenge is over I will be taking a break from horror just for a little while.

While I enjoy other genres as well, horror is by far my favorite. So no, I never feel tapped out on horror movies.

No. I watch movies throughout the year. Some of them are horror and others are not. October is a normal month for me. We don't celebrate Halloween in Finland.

Not at all. I did find TCM's lineup underwhelming this year though.

Now that I've recovered from reading t the poll choices I can answer that no, I do not get burnt out on horror in October.
I generally like to watch movies seasonally regardless of genre, so even though a lot of the movies I watch in the fall are horror movies, I will still look forward to watching The Thing the first time I get snowed in, and I look forward to catching up on some of the Christmas horror movies I haven't seen yet, etc.

It varies by year. For instance, back in October 2015 I watched a total of 25 horror films - including many double bills. By the end of the month, I was completely burned out and glad to be able to take a break from movie-watching and (after a few weeks) re-engage with other genres. I'd had my fill of horror for that year.
Other years are different. Last year, I watched very few horror movies in October and was nowhere near burned out on the genre come November. I did somewhat better on that front this time round, but certainly wouldn't consider myself tired of the genre at present. As such, I can definitely see myself checking out some more horror flicks before the end of the year.

The two people who voted yes should really speak up.
Also, I think I'm gonna start my November horror movie comedown with the original Planet of the Apes series. I've seen them multiple times, but I bought the boxset last fall and have yet to crack it open.

Nah, I watch horror all year long regardless. But do you ever tire of metal? Sometimes. Honestly, I'm probably more of a horror fan than a metal head these days. I listen to a lot of different music, metal is just my favorite.

What other musics do you like? Haha, yeah I know. Well I've always been a rocker, classic rock mostly. But more recently I've been really into blues and even some older country.

Yes I'm a little tapped out on horror, so I checked a chick flick out of my college's library.
