COME DIO COMANDA (AS GOD COMMANDS) sets up a group of interesting characters and connects them with a tragedy. However, the central conflict isn't the tragedy itself, but a misunderstanding that comes from it (a teen thinks his father raped and killed a girl, when in fact a mentally challenged friend of them did it). That means that the viewer has to wait for the misunderstanding to be clarified. The performances and music score are good, but the cinematography is bad (I could barely see what was going on during the tragedy, which happens during a rainy night). I also don't see the point in making 2 of the protagonists neo-nazis. It didn't really affect the plot. 6/10 ------------------------------------- You can read comments of other movies in my blog.
