She didn’t mind unleashing the Hulk on a city of innocent people.

She didn’t mind unleashing the Hulk on a city of innocent people. Yeah she did. If you weren't high on ecstasy, you would have noticed.

If your goal was to put people in danger and you succeeded, why would you feel guilty about that?
If your goal was to save a fellow teammate and, you ended up killing a dozen other people inadvertently while doing so, why wouldn't you feel some guilt or responsibility?
This is all rather simple to parse out.

Goalpost moving notwithstanding, she seemed visibly shaken and "upset" about being complicit in Ultron's plan during the scene in AoU where Hawkeye recruits her. She says something to the effect of 'this is all our fault.' "This" being Ultron's entire plan which included weaponizing the Hulk against the Avengers in Johannesburg.

Or “this” being Ultron trying to destroy the world, which was the reason why she turned on him.

More accurately, he was trying to rid the world of all biological life to make way for a new "age" of artificial life. He did need the Earth to be structurally intact after he "bombed" it with Sokovia. Regardless, there is a moment in AoU where Wanda is sufficiently upset over not just Johannesburg but, all of the violence and destruction she and Pietro have been a part of at Ultron's behest.

What's with the MCU using Wanda as the catalyst for the Civil War story? Because MCU Dictator Kevin Feige hates female superheroes.

I'm too stupid to understand this thread. Haven't watch Civil War in a long time. And are we referencing AoU? Either way I want to log a complaint about the MCU. What's with the MCU using Wanda as the catalyst for the Civil War story? To me, that speaks to how she is viewed in the universe. Basically a secondhand character worthy of being thrown under the bus. They should have stuck to the comics and blamed an unfortunate attrocity on some young, inexperienced superhero or team. I actually feel bad for EO and the character. There's no reason she had to be made the fuck up. Ok rant over. You mean like Wanda the least trained member of the Avengers, whose mistake was acting in an instant without first properly scoping her location or line of fire?
