You watched once the show reached it's absolute peak? WTF. Negan is not its peak.
I’m going to wait until it’s over and possibly stream it. The moment right before he shows up was definitely the peak, with the saviors luring our group and then surrounding them. It was the most suspenseful and terrifying moment the show has ever had. The first scene with Negan was excellent as well.

I have never seen it and have no interest in seeing it. What, why not? Because i think Zombies are boring.

Because i think Zombies are boring. I'd say the main focus of the show is the relationships of the survivors as they come together (or not) in response the threat and how society is rebuilt.

We already knew something bad was going to go down. Negan talks too much

I lost enthusiasm somewhere around season 6. It's just the same thing over and over. They wander around and find a nice place to stay, but it all goes bad and they're back to wandering around again. There's never any real progress made as to finding out what caused the zombie situation or how to stop it. I just don't like stories which go on and on and on until that dead horse has been beaten flat. From wiki... "In September 2018, AMC CEO Josh Sapan stated that they plan on continuing The Walking Dead franchise for another 10 years, including new films and TV series based on the original comic book series."
No, thank you. Seriously? Sheesh, give it a break already. They had their chance with Fear the Walking Dead. Look how that turned out.
Oh well, once the main show and current sequel is over and done with, I'm out. They can make a million movies and spinoffs. I won't be watching.

Stopped after Negans introduction. It wasn't Negan, he was fine...i just got really tired of the pacing issues the show had. On top of that the Negan cliffhanger between seasons left a really bad taste in my mouth about the show, so once the show started its typical midseason crap filler episodes i just stopped and havent felt the desire to pick it back up.

For all I knew they would get Maggie to hilltop safely. Yeah it was the finale so something big was expected to happen, but I had no idea what it would be What's that got to do with anything?

It's all well and good for you to be pleasantly surprised about something, but that in no way means that it wasn't well advertised and promoted, only that you ignored all of it. As long as the show remains awesome for you then it doesn't matter that others such as me don't care for it.

I stopped after they were torturing Darryl with that music in a jail cell.
Someone posted this Walking Dead clip of what I'm guessing is a recent episode and I'm glad I stopped watching.
