nah, Snyder is the man who gave us Watchmen & Co. We really would have to see the Snyder version to seriously assess it. But as it stands, Whedon messed it up, he gave us moustache-gate, badly-lit and blocked scenes (in contrast to Snyder's trademark brilliant cinematography) and these atrocities:
In the end, it's not so much Josh " let's play hide the zucchini" Whedon's fault but mostly WB's. Whedon was just the wrong man at the wrong time; good for them that they realized it before he could ruin Batgirl. Just like they should with Pedo-Gunn, Feige's foulest fallen fruit. Ultimately it's about the old ideological conflict: The MCU fans love about JL just what DC fans hate about it: Uninspired, forced humor, clobber porn galore, shoddy cinematography, family friendly tone, formula-over-substance etc.

Keep drinking the peach tea, Tristan, you've earned it.

No. I recently rewatched Justice League and it completely pissed me off. This film should have been put on hold.

No. I recently rewatched Justice League and it completely pissed me off. This film should have been put on hold. What I find weird is that I really, strongly disliked it, but it’s not that bad, to try to judge it objectively. It’s just— nothing, no stakes or emotion or anything. It’s like a big ball of air. Which in its own way is even more insulting to the viewer.

Batman v Superman was probably more impressive because it had offensively bad dialogue consistently from start to finish, the motivations of each character were incoherent and the one moment of attempted character growth (Martha) is completely ridiculous, but that's no reason enjoy a movie imo. Also it's funny defenders of this movie will bash Marvel if they put a two second reference to a future movie in the Avengers, but won't acknowledge that BvS has Dawn of fvckin Justice in the title. At least with Justice League I knew the generic cardboard good guys were fighting the generic cardboard bad guy. With Batman v Superman, it just felt like unlikable dickhead vs unlikable dickhead vs unlikable dickhead.

It’s fine that you don’t, of course, and many people do hate it, but at least BvS felt like something; it had a plot, story, stakes, and characters. Justice League had nothing of those things. It’s so empty.

Whedon is probably the only reason JL didn't suck as badly as bvs.

Whedon is probably the only reason JL didn't suck as badly as bvs. This. Although Ezra Miller sucks balls as the Flash and I hope they recast him if they make a solo film.

Can we all agree the Justice League would have been far dumber had we gotten a Snyder cut? I'll agree with this... I don't get why anyone wants a Snyder cut when everyone blames Snyder for ruining MOS, BvS and JL? Do they want to see how much worse it could be?The biggest complaint about BvS is how much of a big incoherent mess it is, so why would they want more Snyder? I don't get it.

Yet another troll OP. No, I would pay good money to see the Jack Snyder version. And I have long abandoned buying movie home releases.

Whedon is probably the only reason JL didn't suck as badly as bvs. To me JL is far worse than BvS because of Whedon.
