Al Davis did some great things, some bad things, and some dickish things.
His firing of head coach Mike White on Christmas Day 1996 was a combination of all three.

The way Bobby Clarke used to talk about Eric Lindros after their 'divorce' was rather douchebaggery............

Brett Favre going to the Vikings. That was some bigtime Dickery. Any other great ones out there? Belichick agreeing to be head coach of the Jets and then backing out. Then his protégé Josh McDaniels agreeing to be head coach of the Colts and then backing out. Both those assholes should've been suspended from coaching in the NFL for a season. You do that in any business (agree to a job offer and then back out), that's a dick move because you've wasted the employers' time and money. But Goodell is Kraft's best friend so of course Goodell doesn't punish those assholes for such a dick move. Brady gets caught cheating in an AFC Championship Game and should've been suspended for the very next game (the Super Bowl), but Goodell only gives Brady a slap on the wrist with a meaningless regular season suspension.

Not sure if George ever fired someone on Christmas Day, but he may have, he was big on the firings.

Steven Smith The Australian captain admitted to asking his bowler to tamper with ball and thereby received one year ban. Ball tampering is not uncommon in cricket. Only not a dick move if you believe he revealed the truth out of honesty. But I thought it was because of silliness and desperation.

A native Missourian, named after two baseball Cardinals, moving the Rams out of St. Louis, Missouri has to be near the top of the list.

Packing up the Colts in a U Haul trailer and moving to Indianapolis in the middle of the night. Then over a decade later, Baltimore gets a new team, by grabbing Cleveland's.

Mo Jo going to Rangers after being paraded in a Celtic strip. In a similar vein, Matty Taylor doing the unthinkable in Bristol, and moving from Rovers to City... Or as it's called locally 'Crossing the River'. You never cross the river, one way or the other. The whole sorry episode nearly caused a tear in the local space time continuum, that risked undoing the very fabric of the universe, and dissolving reality.

Remember when the Cowboys took advantage of the uncapped year, 2010? They were penalized $10 million dollars for that dick move.
