Got them recently in a relatively inexpensive set
Phantom Lady [1944]
Scarlet Street [1946]
Black Angel [1946]
Criss Cross [1948]
Only seen Scarlet Street, which I recall quite liking. I also liked The Underneath, Steven Soderbergh's loose remake of Criss Cross.

Got them recently in a relatively inexpensive set Just checked my IMDB ratings for these movies:
Phantom Lady [1944] 7/10
Scarlet Street [1946] 8/10
Black Angel [1946] 7/10
Criss Cross [1948] N/s
Can't comment a lot because saw these movies at least 8 years ago but I remember that Fritz Lang also made The Woman in the Window (1944) which had a very similar cast to Scarlet Street. Probably time for me to repeat these noir movies.

Remember having liked Scarlet Street and Phantom Lady, the other two I'm not sure if I've seen.

scarlet street - 10/10 Third on my film noir list following double indemnity, out of the past. It's not a nice world and the sordid melodrama is riveting.
criss cross - 7/10 Grim crime melodrama with Burt Lancaster. First rate.
phantom lady - 7/10 A weak lead character is compensated by sleazy drummer, Elisha cook Jr. and Franchot Tone as chilling psychokiller.
black angel - 6/10 enjoyable mystery. Above average.

Beautiful to look at, yet also scary. Great supporting cast. Burt Lancaster and Yvonne De Carlo were good as the top billed leads, Dan Duryea rocked as the bad guy. I love the final shot of him, almost the last scene in the movie.
