Nothing worse than when someone puts a bowl of these out and there's nothing else. Except maybe when it's all Jolly Ranchers.

Never heard of it but trying to work out some of the flavours in the pic I'd go for cherry and cream soda. Chocolate, really? Never seen a choccy flavored lolly before made out of "hard candy".

I'm not familiar with them, either. The website says they've been around since the 1920's. There's a mention of a cinnamon flavor, which I love.
In the wrapper, they remind me of "Tootsie Roll Pops."

They're very common here, always in bowls at the reception desks in different offices and a cheap treat for Halloween.

Yes I am a fan. Have some here at the house. But these are even better. Its almost impossible to not bit into them before you get to the tootsie roll. LOL

I remember when Ecstasy first came out and the sales for Dum Dums and Chupa Chups skyrocketed. There was a news report about how lollipops were the newest fad... and was sweeping the night club scene... ..and all I was thinking about was just how off the mark the reporter was.

Good stuff. I remember getting one for a $.05 at the local Wyatt's cafeteria after dinner in the '80s. I always liked the "mystery" flavor with the question mark on it. Cherry and root beer were favorites. The cream soda flavor is good too.
