George changed completely right away. He hit Biff then when they were at the dance and the guy took Lorraine from him he started to walk away like his old self-then suddenly he came back and pushed the guy dramatically. I knew a bully in school and after I punched him in the nose he changed towards me-became really nice, but it wasn't like he hanged around cleaning a car for me.
When Biff comes in "Look George, it's your new book!" he is really acting out of character there.
Not to mention his son who went from burger flipper to executive. hah
If he can take Biff, he can take some smaller skinny guy. And as you pointed out, it wasn't an immediate change. He was initially intimidated. He had to work up the nerve to stand up to that other guy too. That's not a complete change. As for Biff, he's not just hanging around. He's doing his job. He was hired to clean cars. And again, there is a 30 year gap between high school and everything we see at the end. I wonder if they gave him that job to tie in with how his car got covered in and messed up by manure due to Marty. Course it was all Biff's fault. If he hadn't chased and tried to kill Marty with his car in the first place or if he would have braked sooner... Still, some poetic justice there?

Just rewatched some of the first and best one of the series. At least two plot holes. George McFly is a Sci Fi fan. He will notice that Darth Vader and Vulcan are names when he watches the movies and TV show. No one will somehow notice that Marty looks, acts and sounds just like that kid they knew in the 50's? Here is another one I also realized: It's at the dance when Marty is doing his jamming to Johnny B Goode. The bandleader calls up his cousin Chuck Berry and then holds up the phone for Chuck to hear the song to influence him for rock n roll. By the time the phone is held up Mary is pretty much done singing the song and starts into his crazy and silly ridiculous solo. So how did Chuck manage to get the exact same music and lyrics right if he didn't hear much of the song at all?

Or maybe in that new timeline, Chuck Berry never wrote Johnny B. Goode and wrote something else but similar.
