In a world where no one ever came up with the idea of the Undertaker, does anyone ever come up with the idea for a Casket match, Buried Alive, or Hell in a Cell?
Further, does Dr. Issac Yankum ever become Kane? Does Mrs. Foley's baby boy ever become Mankind? I've never really thought about it, but so much of 1995-2005 was due to the fact that The Undertaker gimmick worked.
I'm sure others have thought about it. There probably is a bunch I could find googling the subject. But it kinda just hit me.
