I'm gonna say MCU since there are far more to pick from, which is basically due to there just actually being more characters in general. And at the moment the only two from DC that immediately come to mind are Gal Gadot and Amy Adams. Plus I think Kat Dennings is by far the most gorgeous woman of today, so she alone trumps any of the DC actresses by default.

Hell, she'd be a strong contender alone for DC having the most beautiful women if it wasn't for Dennings, who is more my type. I'm sure I'm in the minority on that though, most would probably go with Robbie. Amber Heard is hot too, but Dennings still wins in my opinion. |

She plays Mera, Aquaman's love interest. She was in Justice League briefly and will have an expanded part in the Aquaman movie. |

That reminds me, one time on IMDb I said ScarJo wasn’t hot and a MCU fan insulted me and called me names and then started following me around to insult me and call me names! MCU fans truly are the worst!

I feel like the MCU has prettier women but the DCEU has hotter women.
The MCU has Natalie Portman, Cobie Smulders, Jamie Alexander, Jessica Henwick... and these ladies are about as aesthetically pleasing as you can get. But when it comes to "hotness", as in women who are both attractive AND dripping with sex appeal, they don't hold a candle to Margot Robbie, Gal Gadot, Amber Heard and Antje Traue. The only one I can think of that can compete from the MCU is Emily VanCamp, maybe Karen Gillian.
It probably also doesn't help that the MCU likes to tone down the sexualization of their female characters which makes the DCEU women look more attractive in their movies.
The Fox-verse would be a better opponent for the DCEU in this regard.
