I was about to mention this, and all of Jared Hess' films. I love his stuff.

During the 1930s Buster Keaton did a series of 2-reel comedies for a studio called Educational Pictures, which despite the name actually specialised in comedies. A lot of people are critical of these comedies, but I enjoy most of them.
Another thing I enjoy (which I realise are not films) is Buster Keaton's commercials he did in the 1950s/1960s. A lot of people are sickened by the sight of Buster Keaton plugging beer and Alka-Seltzer, but I enjoy the comedy he brings to these ads. I'd even argue they are better than some of the films he did at MGM during the early 1930s (which isn't saying much).
I also enjoy Boots! Boots! (1934), a British comedy film with an Ed Wood-style budget. It provides some good laughs, and lead actor George Formby is delightful.

He did everything: acting, stunts, directing, producing, started his own studio, etc.
I only wish more people would discover his genius.

Freddy Got Fingered - rated one of the worst movies ever, but I liked it and watch it from time to time. One of the rare U.S. comedies I laugh out loud at. I wonder if it's on Blu-ray...

Batman & Robin.
Yeah, that one with George Cloony.
I really don't understand all the hate for it since it fit in with the campy comic bookish as all the other ones of the franchise at the time. It's got great special efx. Cool villains (See what I did there?) and other fun stuff to it. I think it gets so much hate because of two reasons. Haters gonna hate and that it's trendy to hate on it. Like your not in our clique if you like it.

Not a movie but a show...
but.. I LOVE Legend of the Seeker. People seem to hate on it because it doesn't match the books exactly, but I thought it was super entertaining.
I also like a lot of terrible B movies.

I like most of Elvis Presley's films. Even "Double Trouble", "Speedway" and "Spinout". It's been ages since I saw it, but I remember enjoying "Harum Scarum" when I last saw it. I admit I didn't like "Stay Away Joe" though (I have to draw the line somewhere!!)

GIGLI although to be fair, most people who rated it on IMDb just gave it a 1 star because Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez was the Kim and Kanye of their time, all over the place constantly and people were sick of that. Not saying it doesn't have it's flaws but it's a nice feelgood dramacomedy.

I've always enjoyed Costner's Waterworld , (especially the extended cut) which some really took against at the time but which is now finding a new audience. For a Western fan it just seems like being all about a watery frontier, which is fine. Then there is 2012's The Spring Breakers which for me, anyway was a perfect match of style with message. It is harder than one might think to make a film representing cultural shallowness without it itself being shallow or 'ironic'. Another is Billy Wilder's Kiss Me, Stupid, disowned by the director and thereupon damned by the League of Catholic Decency, this is actually my favourite of his films, a wonder full of signs and double entendres, with perhaps Dean Martin's most self-coruscating performance. Finally there's Evil Alien Conquerors (2003), which may not be big, or clever, but sure is funny. It also has monobrows and a shouting heavy.

Yesterday I saw another film that others dislike but which I enjoy: Wrecking Crew (1942)
The review on the Internet Archive gives it 2/5. Two reviews on IMDb give it 2/10 (the third reviewer liked it, though).
I enjoyed it. I thought it was smashing, thought the cast's performances really bring down the house, a real balls to the wall film. (OK, I really need to cut back on the demolition puns).
But seriously, I thought the film was reasonably enjoyable, Not a classic by any means (the script is extremely unrealistic), but it amused me. I suspect this film was shown as cheap filler on countless TV stations in the B&W era (a search of New York City TV schedules of the 1950s shows it being shown more than 10 times on NYC TV during the 1950s).

Clash of the Titans (2010) Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters (2013)
I found both of these movies to be a lot of fun. (Didn't hurt that they both featured Gemma Arterton)

Starship Troopers - I like this film, although I understand that it copped some criticisms. Rock Star - Another film I love. But again many do not like. Love Actually - I read recently that this film is on some bad film lists. I also like Hammer Horrors and lots of old films which many people wouldn't like anymore. Starship Troopers has quite a cult following.

I also like a lot of terrible B movies. It was super entertaining. Tabrett Bethell was great in it, and she would have been my first choice for Imperator Furiosa in Mad Max: Fury Road, not Charlize Theron.
