Regarding the kid in Back to the Future III, there is some speculation that the kid was trying to signal Robert Zemekis that he needed to pee.

Tammy Lynn Leppert disappeared shortly after appearing in Scarface as the girl that talks to Manny whilst Tony is threatened with a chainsaw.
The Dirty Harry series has a couple. A hostage situation occurred shortly after the release of the first movie. Two armed men kidnapped a teacher and 6 kids on a bus, they all escaped when the criminals were distracted. One of the kidnappers had the last name 'Eastwood'.
Magnum force apparently inspired some of the torture inflicted by the 'Hi-Fi' murderers...
The Exorcist has far too many to mention here, but I believe one of the more recent discoveries was the fact that one of the extras during the hospital scan scene was a serial killer or something, I'll have to look into it...
