Recently had a mini-binge on this important film movement. Love the washed out B&W photography and the gritty location shooting.
Of the ones I've seen , favorite would be La Terra Trema, followed by Paisa
Still need to see a lot of the big ones: Bellassima, Shoeshine, Miracle in Milan, Bitter Rice

Besides the already mentioned La Terra Trema, Visconti‘s Ossessione and Bellissima.
DeSica‘s Bicycle Thieves moves me to tears every time I watch it.

TWO WOMEN is a gut wrenching depiction of war on the civilian front.

Umberto D. and Rocco and his Brothers. Miracle in Milan is a wonderful neorealist fantasy comedy and quite a welcoming change from dreariness prevalent in most neorealist films. Highly recommended!

"Mama Roma", "Shoeshine", "Rome open City", "Umberto D", "La Notte". I love La Notte and Antonioni in general. Not sure if I'd consider him Neorealist post his early documentaries though.

I wasn't sure if Rocco and His Brothers counted as Neorealist. If so that would probably take top spot for me too.

I like a number, but if I can only pick one, today, it's 'Umberto D'.

I've only seen a few, but Bicycle Thieves is the one classic I came to late in life which absolutely lived up to its reputation - fantastic movie!
