SDCC trailer in 2017 said Hey Arnold the Jungle Movie and Rockos Modern Life: Static in would come out.
Hey Arnold Jungle Movie came out Fall 2017 and I loved the nostalgia.
Why hasn't Rocko come out yet?

I've been wondering the same thing. They've wrapped up production back in February, and I'm not sure what to make of Joe Murray's explanation for the delay:

They've wrapped up production back in February, and I'm not sure what to make of Joe Murray's explanation for the delay: What if the reaction to the trailer was so positive, and with all the reboots on TV, they decide to cut the movie into a 3 or 4 part episode and then create an entire season? Maybe bring it back with a 13 episode new season.

Oddly enough, that's what I was guessing. Maybe, they want to launch a new season.

I wonder what's going on with the Rocko revival.
Man, I loved Rocko's Modern Life growing up. I loved the whole surreal atmosphere, social satire and most of all, the quirky characters. The central trio of Rocko, Heffer and Filbert is what drew me into this whole wacky world.
Plus, it was a so-called kid's cartoon that interjected some adult humor here and there. It was a show that could appeal to all ages.
It was easily the best of the Nicktoons from the classic era of the early-mid 90's, IMO.

I'll take it one step further. I believe it's more relevant than any 90s cartoon. Including Bevis and Butthead, King of the Hill, Daria, or Simpsons. The first season especially. I'm surprised they got away with it on Nickelodeon.
