Think in terms of story. What would be a satisfying ending to The Game's wrestling career?
I think he should go up against one of his proteges: Randy Orton. Give Orton a monster heel push. Make it the Age of Orton 3.0 (or whatever). Triple H feels like he's losing control of the company. He knows that he's ultimately responsible for this monster that can't be controlled. And now he's looking for redemption. He knows how many people he's screwed over over the years, and he wants to make up for it by taking Orton out.
They have their match at WrestleMania, and Triple H comes up short.
I think this could be a bittersweet ending to his wrestling career. This is a guy who's story revolves around him burying other people so he can keep himself on top. And in the end, one of the guys he tried to bury before ends up completely destroying him. And the twist of fate is that he made this guy to begin with.
Plus, I've never felt that Hunter has ever properly put Orton over. He always seemed to get the better of him. This could rectify that.

This is WAY too well thought-out, too character-driven, too grounded in narrative history, and too interesting to expect from WWE. For what it's worth, I support the idea. But you know it'll be fucking Reigns, just like he's gonna retire the Dead Man this year.

There was some kind of angle that started back in 2013 where Triple H was fighting Curtis Axel on Raw and then the match was stopped because Triple H collapsed after suffering a 'concussion' of some kind. I actually thought it could have been the start of a great lengthy storyline for HHH culminating in the end of his in-ring career but I feel like it faded away fairly quickly and was never really mentioned after that.
But I would like an angle where HHH is the guy past his prime, but trying to prove to himself that he can still be the King of Kings and stay on his throne, but ultimately coming up short against his opponent.

Sting should end Triple H's career.

I think it should be somebody that came up through NXT to end his career with my pick being Finn Balor. I say in two years (because I sure as hell want Balor vs Styles next year at WrestleMania) we get Finn Balor ending the regime of HHH and Stephanie McMahon. Have a match at Royal Rumble or the February PPV where Balor faces somebody like Samoa Joe (could be anyone) and if Balor wins then Stephanie McMahon has to resign. Balor goes over in this obviously and HHH comes back to RAW the next night in a rage of how dare you do this to my wife sort of deal. HHH beats the crap out of Balor and this eventually leads to a match at WrestleMania where HHH demands that if he wins that Stephanie McMahon is brought back. Balor agrees but he wants something from HHH in return and it's HHH's career. HHH agrees because he's arrogant thinking that he can put away this much smaller opponent like he thought the same with Daniel Bryan. HHH ends up under estimating the Demon King and Finn Balor goes over clean. Hell the tag line for the match is even there "The King of Kings vs The Demon King".
Also add in that HHH feels that he "made" Finn Balor much like he "made" Seth Rollins bringing him into NXT and HHH feels that what he made he can destroy. Balor can be like "you didn't make anything Hunter, you simply brought me here. You brought me here to end your career. You brought this on yourself. It's time that your kingdom comes crashing down. Thy kingdom come."
Also I imagine a song like this playing during their video package.

Have him job to the Brooklyn Brawler, it would suit him well.

Hopefully he goes out losing to Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 33. I have no interest in ever seeing him wrestle again.

He should be taken out by Randy Orton once and for all; master and servant.

He should be beaten to a pulp for a hour by DX.
