Humphrey Bogart - Dark Victory - good film, but Bogie's Irish gardener is hard to take.

Gary Oldman... I can´t remember a performance I didn´t like. Maybe The Unborn.

Jimmy Stewart in The Spirit of St. Louis. It was a competently well-made film, but Stewart was too old to portray Charles Lindbergh.

I suppose Vincent Price in Witchfinder General. Some people love it but I think he appears muted and unhappy.
His natural behavior was being micromanaged. It's the director's fault for not telling him what he wanted, as he was rude to Price right from the get go.

Great to see that GO is one of your favorite actors It is a crappy straight-to-DVD movie starring Christian Slater. Gary Oldman has maybe 15 minutes of screentime and he looks like he is embarrassed the entire time.

My least favorite performance from Stewart for now is The Cheyenne Social Club. I found that to be a dull picture.

I haven't seen Guns, Girls and Gambling. I love Oldman in many roles but, honestly, I thought he was dreadful in Darkest Hour, where his worst tendencies were given free reign. Also Lost in Space.

I don't think he is dreadful in Darkest Hour, but I don't find his performance all that convincing. I do think his scene on the train when he is talking to the common people is one of the best acted scenes of his career though.

I guess mine would be Charlton Heston in Planet of the Apes. Although calling it my least favorite performance is akin to if I had a garage full of classic Maseratis, Ferraris, and Lamborghinis and picking out a Ferrari 308 as my "least favorite."
