I was a Tulane student during their "magical" year in 1998 when they went 12-0 behind Shaun King in the juggernaut Conference USA, defeating Brigham Young vaunted squad in the Liberty Bowl (although, if memory serves, a handful of BY starters had been suspended for the game for violating the school's no drinking, no sex policy....you know, basically being college kids). Superstar-in-waiting Patrick Ramsey was also on that team.
Come on ride the green wave! The greatest college team that is, was or will ever be.

They finished ranked #7 in the country!
