Razzies is one of the most racist , sexist and transphobic organizations around but even they won't touch BP

Obviously we haven't seen Aquaman yet, but what is the front runner for the Razzies at the moment?
50 Shades looks like it is going to win everything!

Black Panther has already surpassed Wonder Woman and now holds the title of Greatest Superhero Movie Every Made. It’s kinda hard to imagine it also beating out Batman v Superman at the Razzies with its four wins and eight nominations. I think the DCEU has the Razzies locked up solid. They own the Razzies!

I don't think BP should but Antman and IW yes they deserve razzies. JudgeDredd Venom was much better than most mcu movies And neither will, because they were neither polarizing features or extremely disliked amongst critics and movie goers alike. Venom is more likely to rake up some razzie nominations because unlike Infinity War, Black Panther, and Ant-Man most critics strongly disliked the film, and even some of those who quite enjoyed it have encouraged others to "lower their expectations" to others because "I expected worse, much worse, but it was alright". The worst MCU movie has more going for it than Venom does from a production point of view and in terms of general screenwriting and visual storytelling. Real talk - I think most of the people who liked Venom was because of the interaction between Eddie Brock and the symbiote, take that whole thing away audiences and critics would be on the same page here, except you of course - you were wanting to rate it highly before the first teaser dropped.

Perhaps in the "Ironic Condolence for Disgruntled Fanboys" award. It'd join the ranks of The Last Jedi and Wonder Woman.

The DCEU Razzies are real and well deserved. The “Disney owned Oscars” are imaginary ... created by your irrational fear of a Black Panther Best Picture nomination. Not to fret. BP is unlikely to get a Best Picture nomination ... thus invalidating anything you have to say about the legitimacy of the Oscars. Completely. Forever.

Of course it does. If Disney “owns” the Oscars, not only will BP be nominated for Best Picture, it will win! If it doesn’t win Best Picture, then obviously Disney does not “own” the Oscars and everyone who has been whining about this for months are going to look like a pack of fools. I suggest you start working on your apology now ... but, then again, it will be more fun if you remain in denial until the end.

I suggest you start working on your apology now ... but, then again, it will be more fun if you remain in denial until the end. People have been setting this up for months on here. Let's look at the strategy. Even before the movie was out they said that it would be awful. And would only be carried by the SJW's to a profit. When that didn't happen in the beginning of its run they said that it won't play overseas When That didn't happen you start to here talk of Artificial Boosters. That strategy is the one that stuck. No matter the outcome of its final BO, they found a way to denigrate the movie and it's BO. They repeated that strategy with the Oscars. They found a way to denigrate the movie and to denigrate any Oscar nom or wins. If Black Panther is nominated for anything other than a Technical or something like Editing they will say it's Di$ney paying off people or bullying people to nominate it. (forgetting the fact that when it comes to nominating it's done anonymously by the 7000+ members. So Di$ney would have to pressure members individually to change it. Which is against the law.) If found out it would tarnish Di$ney's name drastically. I don't think the reward of BP nominated or winning an Oscar is worth that loss of reputation. (for a business you always balance risk vs reward if you want to be good at your job that is) From a nephew of a guy who worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers (in the 80's and half the 90's my uncle worked for them. Back then it was just Price Waterhouse, though) They take certifying those choices very very seriously. Not only if they allow tampering it looks bad on them it's also against the law. If it ever came out even a rumor of tampering it would tarnish PWC's image. Trust me CPA's and Auditors have to trade on their word. So Di$ney meddling with choice of nominations or wins is so small it's infinitesimal. If Black Panther is Nominated for anything other than technical and loses then they will say that Di$ney pushed/bullied/payed but the Members would only allow them to get a nomination. That the Academy has some integrity. If Black Panther is Nominated for anything other than a Technical and Wins then see above, only at a louder volume. If Black Panther is Nominated for just a technical award then they probably still bitch about it, but not very loudly. Thy will say that Di$ney couldn't buy out the Academy to get it done. And they will also say it's proof positive that any Marvel Studios' film can't win a non-technical Oscar. Actually, with any combination of nomination and Loss they will scream how MCU can't get nominations/wins/etc to the hills and back. This coming from the same people that says Di$ney is trying to steal an Oscar. If Black Panther isn't nominated for an Oscar then they will do the same thing as the last one, but more loudly about the part that MCU can't even get nominated. Ignoring the last 7+ months or so of them saying that Di$ney will bully, buy, cheat or steal to get a non-technical oscar or an oscar at all. They will chalk it up to the integrity of the Academy. (again ) The very same people they have accused of collusion, taking bribes, being bullied into their vote, etc. They won't see the hypocritical nature of their two stances before and after nominations. They will still think a 0 noms and 0 wins as a loss for Di$ney and a win for their team. I've been on the record that I don't think BP deserves an Oscar nomination. I don't think any superhero movie yet has deserved one. (there have been a couple that have gotten close tho.) With all the politics, lobbying, campaigning, etc that goes into the Oscars, I think any nomination or win tarnishes the nominated or winner. To me it's just Hollywood's version of the Homecoming King and Queen. It has about as much impact that being King or Queen in high school has to me and is just a popularity contest, with bigger campaigns. My personal preference would be that Black Panther not get nominated for anything. (they don't deserve it, but I got to say the imp in me would love to see racist rants that would explode on the internet) If they are nominated hopefully it's something technical. That way trolls will have to swallow the fact that Di$ney didn't bully or bribe. The other option they will have to uphold the integrity of Hollywood. (A Group of people that brushed off years of sexual abuse from the number 1 campaigner for Oscars. That tells you all you need to know about the oscars and all you need to know about Hollywood's integrity) I also don't want the MCU tarnished with a nomination/wins like other comic book movies in the past with lingering questions. ( if the oscars was what it was supposed to be, giving that years best movies/people a highlight. I don't think any Comic book movie has deserved a major award. And I love one of the Movies and really liked the other. I own now 3 copies of one of them) Edit: This might sound like I am using the same strategy as the trolls. There is one small difference I will never use the Nominations or Wins that BP as a positive. Where as the opposite isn't the same for the trolls. (plus I HATE the Osars have probably since 2000 or so) Edit: Di$ney trying to buy off members or PWC and failing is all covered under the Academy's integrity btw. A bunch of modern day whores having integrity that makes me laugh every time I typed it.

In the sake of fairness. I don't think it should. it is not a bad movie. if GOTG was not nominated for razzies BP should not.
