Ok, I have to ask......what exactly did Nate Peterman do to make himself the biggest laughingstock in the NFL since Mark Sanchez? Did he kill a baby? Start one of the California wildfires? Wear a MAGA hat in the locker room? The guy isn't all that good, but Jesus, the piling on is kind of weak, IMO. |

But he is the worst I’ve ever seen. Fuck JaMarcus, fuck Ryan Leaf he’s the bottom of the barrel. He has a tryout with the Lions. Why? And Sanchez, with the same offense as Peterman, won. Yeah, the Jets, but they put up points. Look at the Bills total with Peterman. |

JaMarcus had 18 TD's and 23 INT's Peterman has 3 TD's and 12 INT's
In every category, Nate Peterman makes JaMarcus look like Johnny Unitas. Have you ever seen him play? He can't throw, he can't run and he can't read a defense. The slowest DB in the league can bamboozle him. Cover a receiver, then drop off a bit, keep an eye on Peterman and break when he sees the "open" WR. A trick HS QB's learn to avoid. Doofus falls for it every time.
Like I said, it's not his fault. He never should have been drafted and he never should have played. He had one stellar game at Pitt, beating Clemson when they won the National Championship. He should have been a NDFA QB, but Buffalo wasted a 5th on him. He's not an NFL QB but the Bills tried to make him one.

JaMarcus Russell was a #1 overall pick who started 25 NFL games and was a bust. Nate Peterman was a fifth rounder who's started 4 games. Not quite the same thing as far as expectations and actual playing time go. Sorry that the Bills have had yet another failure at quarterback, I just kind of feel bad for the guy. He's played less than a half of a whole season and has b-list actors doing bits about him. Makes me want to root for him to get another chance in a new place. |
