Tarzan and His Mate - Best Tarzan movie ever.
Tarzan the Ape Man - Pretty solid.

Tarzan the Ape Man and Tarzan and his Mate are two fantastic adventures and are really in a class by themselves. They are just amazing movies.
My third choice is Tarzan and the Leopard Woman because that Leopard Woman is smoking hot!
All of his Tarzan films are fun.
