Check out the first 15 seconds of this clip.
Mental Disorder? Neurological Disorder?
Combination of both?
After checking this out - I kind of feel for the kid - something is 'off' either mentally, physically or both.
Fultzy has a 'Body Spasm':
Fultzy taking the high road (I guess) during Amari Cooper's TD celebration which mocked his foul shot:

He is just not that talented.
If I tried to be a QB in the NFL this Sunday, I would have major confidence issues too....as I have no skills.

You made a post asking others if they watched him play in college. Did you? Have you watched one Sixers games this season or at Washington? Because if you did watch him at Washington he had an outside shot - which is why he was projected to be a decent Combo Guard in the NBA. In the NBA - he's a backup PG at the moment. He can breakdown a defender and drive at will and looks to pass first before he shoots. Although that's not why he was drafted and #1 Pick material - to me - that is 'skills'.

So 10 minutes previously he wasn't talented and now he's 'OK'. Gotya. Curious - who would you have drafted #1 in that draft class. Let's keep in mind it was the Sixers - and they were drafting by 'need' not talent - as they already had Simmons / Embiid. And their need was a sharp shooting Combo Guard or just a '2'. Monk - who has also disappointed was one of the only sharpshooters in the draft. I wouldn't have minded DSJ or Fox; however they would not have meshed well with Simmons.
