I tend to be stuck in the past and watch a lot of the same shows repeatedly.
The only current show I'm watching is Once Upon a Time. But I still have to catch up on the last 3 episodes because I've been fangirling too hard over Buffy/Angel and the 20th to watch them. Whoops. Yeah, I need to do that.
Doctor Who is a show still airing, but I haven't even watched the last series of Capaldi and only watched his first year a few months ago. And I've seen over 700 episodes (all the way back to 1963)! Sad to say, I've kind of dropped out of that fandom because of Moffat, but still love Classic and RTD-era Who (I'm also mostly fine with Matt, but the rot was already seeping in).
I recently got around to watching Broadchurch series 2 (belatedly) and technically that's still current due to series 3. And speaking of Tennant-y things, I got around to watching Jessica Jones on Netflix. That's not a completely dead show either.
OMG, they made a show about Sun Records? Download time. Elvis fangirl alert. I know tons about Sun Records and the people involved in that whole time and place. Been there, too.
*edit* Just watched the first 6 episodes. I'm enjoying it a lot. I'm very familiar with the whole thing, so it's been fun to see it dramatized.

TV these days is a bit of a black hole in terms of quality.
The only show I can say is pretty great is Agents of Shield.
There are plenty others I can at least say they are pretty decent, but only AoS is hitting the high marks.
