Only the safety lighting was on as Catman walked from the parking ramp through the hospital to the pharmacy.
Kind of spooky.

Years ago, I used to work nights & weekends at a State Government Center Complex. Most of the lights would be turned off at night and on the weekends to save money...
With having few employees working at nights & weekends, the huge buildings seemed quite spooky, since they were mostly vacant and dark...
But, I didn't like walking though the hallways and tunnels of the older buildings, even more so, because they looked like those insane asylums/state hospitals that you frequently see in Horror Movies...
In addition, some older employees had mentioned to me, they thought the buildings might have some paranormal activity... Well, that also added to the creep factor of walking through those old tiled darkened lonely hallways...
Nothing ever happened though...
