Has been voluntarily agreed during football, and other sports.
No more Ray Winstone popping up with "What will be the colour of the next subs boots? Will a seagull land on the pitch in the next ten minutes? Have a bet you mug!" and other in-game betting 'opportunities' to part with your cash.
Shirts and grounds will still be plastered with gambling adverts though.

Voluntarily agreed by who? The announcers? The broadcasters?

Voluntarily agreed by who? The announcers? The broadcasters? The bookmakers. Not so sure 'voluntarily' is the right word. The bookies know legislation was coming, and have jumped before they were pushed, in a PR move.
