for Saturday the 22nd. That's 13 tickets for 2 shows. $235.44. I'm so glad my mom gets a dollar off each ticket it makes such a difference.

So are you saying a total of 26 tickets for that amount? That's not all that much. I get sick of people complaining about the price of movie tickets. I only pay $6.00 at my theater plus I earn points that get me free tickets and snacks over time.
Adjusted for inflation movie tickets actually cost less now than they did in the late '70s.

Wish my local theatre only asked for $6 a ticket.

Yea we also got a discount during the week where it's only 6 bucks a ticket. It's tolerable.

B) Where do you go that tickets cost approximately $18 apiece? C) How do you come up with and odd number like 13 for two shows? Did mom not want to go to Bumblebee? (Cuz I KNOW she wants to see Momoa shirtless!!!) D) How do I avoid ever going to the theatre you go to since its so much more expensive? Yeesh is right!

Here we go. A) that's the matinee price. B) It's 13 people going to see 2 shows. So 26 tickets (2 for my mom is senior so a buck cheaper) I want to say 8.48 for adult matinee and 7.48 for senior over 65 and children under 11. C) Again I may have worded that weird 13 people 2 shows. My 75 year old mom doesn't like Momoa or John Cena. She's got the hots for Hugh Jackman of all people. D) I think what bugs me the most is that it's a shitty theater. I wouldn't mind paying that much if it was assigned seating with the electric reclining with all the digital bells and whistles for sight and sound.

It's all good. Sometimes my fingers type faster than my brain so I can miss word things. It's still kind of creepy that my Mom likes Hugh to me. She should stick to her generation. Sean Connery, Pierce Brosnon, Gil Gerard, and Bruce Boxleitner. Those were her go to crushes from yester year. Also I was able to get her to like and watch the Atlanta Braves back in the 90's because she really smitten with David Justice. (she still watches the Braves Religiously to this day)
