Take one for the team and tell us if it's funny. I would if I could.

My 8 year old son was wanting to see Deadpool 2 earlier this year. Now he can.

Take one for the team and tell us if it's funny. I saw it yesterday at a free screening. Actually enjoyed it. The Princess Bride scenes with Fred Savage were a GREAT addition. I also didn't really miss the "naughty language" since I find them the cheapest sources of comedy in both films. However, the action scenes are edited down in a clumsy way. If I hadn't seen the R rated cut, they might have even been confusing. The "baby leg" scene was also kind of lazy. They just end up blurring it.

Perhaps on television where it belongs.

But I still don’t think the rest of changes will even make any sense. What are they gonna do about Vanessa’s death or any of the opening credits goofs? (Don’t spoil it please )

I clicked to see the spoiler. I was curious! But no her death wasn’t anything gory, just distressing. Bummer to hear about the opening credits.

Strangest edit for me was cutting the shot of Juggernaut getting electrocuted in the balls.

Or maybe it was from the Super Duper Cut that I watched.

That's what TV rights are for.
If I wanted to see this I'd wait for it to come on FX.

Well I just finished watching it and I have to say it wasn’t as bad as I expected. I still enjoyed it even if it cuts a ton out and because of that this version feels so weirdly edited. I guess we got what we were expecting, so yeah.

Watching a PG-13 Deadpool would be like watching a porn movie where everyone is clothed and have protected sex.

This reminds me of the time Vh1 showed an edited for TV version of "Showgirls". Really, what's the point?
