If the biggest problem with the MCU movies is that they’re too good, I wonder if the DCEU’s biggest problem is that their movies aren’t bad enough.

I think the biggest problem going forward is that these movies are starting to become too good. I swear it's been four years and I still can't comprehend how amazing Guardians of the Galaxy was. They had a dance off that was so spectacular, many people still can't get their heads around how awesome it was and the movies have only gotten better since then. Am I seriously the only one who thought Vol. 2 was better? Honestly, I'd have to give it a few more rewatches but I think I might agree with you. The dialogue is better, the pacing is better, the plot is better, more interesting shit happens, two movies' worth of character setup are paid off, and the music is just as good! I put it like a full "star"/level above the first one. |

Honestly, I'd have to give it a few more rewatches but I think I might agree with you.
