I gave it an 8. I loved it. My only quibbles are that it got a little TOO psychedelic in the 2nd half of the movie. If this had been live action it would have been totally amazing.
But if they keep making this type of animated movie count me in! I'd very much like to see animated movies like these as well as the live action ones, as a counterpoint. There's something about this being animated that makes it all a bit more "acceptable".
I'd love to see Justice League and Fantastic Four done this way! As a matter of fact I think this may be the way to save Fantastic Four as movies. |

I don't do numbers. I thought it was terrific though. I had a moment at the beginning when I thought holy shit, this really, truly is a kid's movie. Like a young kid's movie. But I was relieved shortly thereafter. Really glad I watched it in a theater before it was too late. Highly, highly decent.

8/10. It rivals Spider-Man 2 for the title as the best Spider-Man film ever made. The animation was visually striking and it had a great use of characters and humor.
