Does Spiderman stopping the train count as part of the scene?

^ I guess so since that's where the scene officially ends and cuts to another location entirely.
Both fights are good but I will pick Spidey vs Doc Ock. Its more unpredicatable - I wasn't expecting Spidey to be unmasked. I knew however the Winter Solider was Bucky. Spidey fight has better cinematography - the highway fight still suffers from shaky cam. The Spidey fight is happening on a fast moving train which heightens the intensity whereas the highway fight is more static. The sound mix is better in the highway fight though, the sound FX makes the punches and strikes feel weighted. The Spidey fight has a better conclusion with stopping the train and saving the civilians which is a classic superhero scene.

Ugh, they’re both so good but for different reasons. Cap vs Bucky was more raw and grounded, but Spidey vs Doc Ock is epic and thrilling. I almost consider this a tie.
But I think I’ll slightly edge the Train Fight.

Cap. I don't seem to have the nostalgia factor for the Raimi Spidey films that everyone else has.

Cap. I don't seem to have the nostalgia factor for the Raimi Spidey films that everyone else has. You dont need nostalgia, the vote is for just the fight scene. I haven't had any desire to rewatch those films and the fight scenes aren't as immersive if I don't have any stake in the story or characters. Rewatching that scene now, it's well choreographed and very comic bookish (and I mean that as a compliment, as opposed to very video gamish like the Garfield films). But I can do without the circus music in the background and a few goofy moments like Ock taking a kick to the face from a guy who can lift ten tons with no visible effects. It's a fun scene for sure, but the overpass sequence in TWS is incredible in every aspect. The fight choreography, the personal stakes for the characters, the music; it's the complete package for me.

This started off pretty close but Cap vs. Bucky eventually got a big lead. Highway fight for the best 1v1 superhero fight then.
