I still hope they make the Cyborg solo film with Ray Fisher. He was my favorite part of Justice League. With the right filmmakers I think it could be a great movie.

Honestly, he's the one JL member I can do without having a solo movie. Unless perhaps they made a film along the lines of Ex Machina or District 9. And kept the budget down to no more than $60-80 million.

I still hope they make the Cyborg solo film with Ray Fisher. He was my favorite part of Justice League. With the right filmmakers I think it could be a great movie. His appearance in Jl left much to be desired, not any fault by the actor, seems his arc was one that was heavily trimmed and reworked. He did show promise with what little he had to work with. I am on board for a solo outing still. I want a director/writer with a singular vision for the movie with no last minute changes. Also I'd like to see some modifications to his vfx. I know they will have to lean heavy on CGI for his look, but some practical fx mixed in wouldn't hurt.

They have improved on Aquaman's depiction and performance in his movie over how it was done in Justice League. Same should be doable with Cyborg too who is a genuinly interesting character I think.
Besides, I must say I really dig the approach DCEU took with the supporting characters: instead of stand alone films culminating in an ensemble film (like with BM, SM and WW) they introduced them as appetizer.
Back then I found JK's Atlantis scene with Mera pointless but after Aquaman it seems like good worldbuilding.

They shouldn’t have added Cyborg to begin with. I know the NU 52 did, but that run didn’t last very long either. If you need black representation don’t even use John Stewart, just make Hal Jordan black and tell people to get over it. Or even Barry. Martian Manhunter I get, sometimes the obscure heroes don’t translate without more background context, but no GL was like no Chewie in Star Wars, or no Thor is Avengers... Green Lantern is legit A++ list in the comic book world. Compare that to Ant-Man who was left out of Avengers. Had you ever seen an Ant-Man shirt before the movie? Not a team up with him, but a big ant-man symbol on the chest? I don’t think I’ve been to a comic con where multiple people WERENT in GL shirts. Could you imagine if the Star Trek reboot they just didn’t use Sulu?
But if they did make the solo follow up, I’d like to see a lot more practical effects on Cyborg’s suit. It wasn’t anything near the floating head Banner in Hulkbuster, but it was still really wonky at times.

I walked into my first of the new DCEU movies being entirely a Batman & Wonder Woman fan, not caring for Superman at all, thinking Aquaman was a character I knew next to nothing about (I'm better with Marvel's Namor), Cyborg was someone I vaguely knew of from a couple older comics I read an age ago, and The Flash is the favorite of my best friend so I knew a lot about him though I didn't care for him in anything I'd seen/read before... I walked out of MoS/WW/BvS/JL absolutely loving Batman & Wonder Woman still, thinking Aquaman was more my sister's speed than mine, still thinking Flash wasn't my cup of tea-- but I did like him in BvS, I'm now a huge Superman fan, and I can't wait for a Cyborg movie- cause I think of Flash/Aquaman/Cyborg- Cyborg was by far my favorite.
