It's difficult to narrow to only five (i don't really have any definitive type of list) so to mix things up ill select my #1, or thereabouts, from each Bond actor...
Connery... Honor Blackman (Goldfinger (1964)) (she's got to be my all around #1 Bond Girl straight up as she's got solid chemistry with Connery and she's one of the most attractive, if not the most attractive, straight up)
Lazenby... Diana Rigg (OHMSS (1969)) (for the record... she's one of the best straight up)
Moore... Britt Ekland (TMWTGG(1974))/Lois Chiles(MR(1979) etc.
Dalton... Carey Lowell (Licence to Kill (1989))
Brosnan... Sophie Marceau(TWINE(1999))/Rosamund Pike(DaD(2002))/Famke Janssen(GE(1995)) (NOTE: I think all three are more attractive outside of the Bond movies and got more attractive with a bit of age on them) NOTE: I like Minnie Driver to but she's barely in GE(1995) so I am not going to bother considering her for a legitimate Bond Girl type of thing.
Craig... Olga Kurylenko(QoS(2008))/Monica Bellucci(Spectre(2015)) NOTE: Eva Green is the clear #1 in terms of chemistry with Craig though but I went with the other two because they are more attractive in general.
NOTE: it's possible some others may interchange with some of those listed above but that's close enough for now.
p.s. although in terms of chemistry on screen I think two stand out from the pack... Honor Blackman/Sean Connery in Goldfinger (1964) and Daniel Craig/Eva Green in Casino Royale (2006). everyone else is lower than those two in this regard.
