I just binged watched the entire series again. It was the second time I have seen it. After a second viewing, I was surprised by how good it is. When you watch week to week, it can get a little boring sometimes. Some episodes are just plain filler it seems. However, when you binge, the story flows very nicely. The show never really declines in quality. I am very impressed how they continue to completely change things up in the show and go different directions, yet still keep the quality and feel the entire time. Anyway, I am trying to decide which season is the best one. I think it may be Season Three all around. I love the HIVE parts. Season Two is close, but I am also very impressed with Season Four. The first time around, I thought it was up and down, but on second watch I loved the entire season. Ghost Rider was much cooler than I remember and the Framework episodes (Agents of HYDRA) were probably my favorite stretch of the show.

They are all good but I have to go with season 4. But season 5 was also excellent.

Yeah season 4 is definitely the best. I liked the mini arcs that come together at the end.

I might have to agree with four. On first watch, two and three were easily my favorites, but on this re-watch I find that season four is the most dynamic and interesting. I absolutely LOVE the Agents of HYDRA arc.

I like the Ghost Rider stuff and Simmons being trapped on another planet, everything else is equally uninteresting. The show has its moments from time to time but it's always been something to have playing in the background while you're working on something else.

I'll have to binge on this to determine which was the best. From memory, my favorite storylines were Gemma in the alien planet and the whole AIDA storyline from LMD's to the virtual reality. It also helped that I found Aida ridiculously hot.
