What's your eating day like for Super Bowl Sunday? Personally I pick up 2 30 packs of Michelob Ultra and a 2 large bags of Spicy Nacho Doritos to hold me over Are you one that wants to be invested in the game by yourself so you can concentrate on the game? If so - what's your 'spread' like? Like to go out to a get together or hold a get together of your own? If so - what's your spread like and what type of spread do you appreciate if attending a gathering? Personally - food slows me down - I'd prefer to drink lightly so I have most of my senses come gametime so I can appreciate the game. If you're gorging on food and 'mingling' can you really concentrate on the game? I'll roll with 2 30 packs, 2 bags of doritos and as the game is ending - a large cheeseteak Stromboli with mozz sticks being delivered to knock me out in time for work the next day

Wings & nachos. Usually one dish per half. I like finger foods like that because sports tension, I just wanna burn that nibbling on comfort foods.

If you load up on 'heavy food' prior to the game - it may tire you out. Apps are the way to go. What type of wings? Hot, Spicy? Blue Cheese or Ranch? Look into Maries Blue Cheese Dressing - '0' Carbs - it's tremendous................

That also usually keeps me from overeating.

The Marie's Blue Cheese with some celery (empty calories) will also help you from overeating as well as sipping on a low carb low calorie beer like Michelob Ultra................ Celery is the opposite of empty calories. Beer is empty calories. Celery is considered a 'negative calorie' food, as it's supposedly burns more calories to digest than you take in by eating it.

Might have some charcoal grilled meat, or might just munch whatever's around. Unless I go out. A lot different when I don't have a horse in the race than when I'm stressing.

...Buffalo chicken dip and mini sweet peppers stuffed with turkey meat and cheese, by they way.
Can't account for the schizo ramblings of the original posters earlier comments, but that's what I intend to bring to my friend's place for the game.
