Very lively atmosphere with the 5.400 sell-out crowd split down the middle in numbers with County's contingent of 2,600 making as much noise as the home support.

Chance for Accy on '11. Clark tries to volley in from the cross from 8 yards out but makes a hash of it in the Derby box. He won't enjoy seeing that again. It's nicely matched so far.

Ooh! Clark picks it up from near the halfway line. He dances his way through to the edge of the Derby box but his low left-footed drive goes two yards wide on '26. The Accy manager is having words with the fourth official on the touchline. Not sure what for, because ref Moss has done an alright job so far.

Not conceding by half time is a result for Accy... a confidence boost if you like.
Now they just need to find a bit extra for the next 45.

The Masons exchange handshakes on '38 as Mason Mount comes off for Derby and is replaced by Mason Bennett. I think Bennett is a striker and he replaces a midfielder.
Even though Accy haven't had a shot on target yet the effort is there all over the field. One good breakaway and they could be in here. Derby are resolute in their defence and equally it could take a breakaway move for them to pot. Can't see many goals in this one, though. Could be a one-niller.
But wait, there's a goalmouth scramble in the Accy box. Several players are involved. Derby's Bogle goes down. Did he dive? Sykes thinks so and gives Bogle a little nudge with the toe of his boot. Bogle doesn't like that and gets up to chase Sykes. The ref settles it down and issues both players with a good telling-off. Play resumes.
Ref Moss blows up for half time. The Derby fans aren't happy that Bogle didn't get a penalty in that scramble incident and they're also unhappy that Sykes wasn't charged for his little dig at Bogle.
The players come off and the crowd disperses in search of their hot beverages and pies.

Stanley down to 10.
Surely holding out for a goal-less draw and a replay is the new plan now.

Stanley down to 10. Surely holding out for a goal-less draw and a replay now. Barlaser, who came very close to potting moments ago, is distraught as he picks up his second yellow for the challenge on Bennett. Absolutely stupid. He wasn't taking one for the team, there was no proper threat, there was no need to do it. Ref Moss faced with no option. A real rotter for Accy as until then the game could have gone either way. Now you have to fancy the visitors. But wait, Kee for Accy! He's on the edge of the box after collecting the short ball from Donacien. It's a real chance for an assault. He fires - bah, it goes close but not close enough. 22 minutes left now.

It's over Man 😕
On to supporting Newport, Shrewsbury, and Gillingham in the 3 o'clocks.

Gah, the short Derby corner on '78 is negotiated into the Accy six yard box by Holmes and there's a bit of a scramble before Waghorn loops it over the line for nothing-one.
You can't put it all on Balaser's earlier dismissal but right now he must be contemplating in his bath or shower what might have been had he only kept his head.

Should just point out that 'Superted' has done a sterling job between the sticks for Accrington.
I used to watch him when he was a non-league keeper at Forest Green Rovers 👍

Dirty Derby down to 10 now... professional foul just outside the penalty area 🙄

Late drama as Derby's Bogle is sent off on '88 for molesting Smythe just outside the box. Kee lines up the free-kick. He fires a low one. It penetrates the Derby wall. OOOOh, keeper Roo gets a hand to it and it pings off the far post. So close!

That's it. Frank progresses to round five while Stanley are left with time to think about consolidating and improving their lower-mid League One status. They're 14th of 24 but remarkably only five points off the drop zone. A valiant effort here, though.
